The Vichy Parent Club organizes after school enrichment to provide creative learning experiences beyond the normal school day. Our goal is to provide a safe, nurturing and supportive learning environment for students after school.

Descriptions by Class
Spanish – 2:30pm – 3:30pm (Room 16)
Tuesday: grades K-2
Thursday: grades 3-6
The Spanish Enrichment After-School Program is designed to enhance students’ language skills through engaging, interactive activities beyond the regular classroom setting. The program focuses on developing conversational Spanish, expanding vocabulary, and deepening cultural understanding. Students participate in games, music, storytelling, crafts, and role-playing activities that make learning enjoyable and practical. Emphasis is placed on speaking and listening skills, encouraging students to use Spanish in real-life scenarios. The program fosters a fun, inclusive environment where learners of all levels can build confidence and a love for the Spanish language.

Transportation
Students are not monitored on the walk from their classroom to the location of the enrichment class (see below about kinders). Only students with sufficient maturity to walk to their enrichment class with limited adult supervision should participate in Vichy After School Enrichment (VASE).
Kindergarten
NVUSD aftercare is available on campus to assist with drop off of your kinder student for after school enrichment during the time gap for early Vikings. Please contact them directly to arrange and confirm your kindergartener’s schedule.
Registration and Cancellation
At the discretion of the instructor, classes may be cancelled if minimum enrollment is not met and refunds will be issued. For all other refund, cancellation, and transfer requests please log into the registration website to make your request or email vase@vichyvikings.com by the registration deadline. Make up classes are generally offered for unforeseen instructor absences.
Late Pick Up Policy
Students picked up late more than three times in one session are no longer eligible for VASE classes for the remainder of the school year. Refunds will not be issued.
